Basic Conditions to be achieve for the above events:
1) Your troop must be registered.
2) You must be registered as PPNBD Scout member for at least 1 year.
3) Be an active scout throughout the year.
4) Recommendation from your Troop Leader, District Commissioner and HQ Officer.
5) Must be able to pay camp fees and air ticket by Yourself
